Take the Eating + Activity Assessment

Before you begin EATracker we need to find out a bit more about you. You will be provided with an assessment of your current eating and activity habits based on the information you submit. Please fill out the questions below and click on “Get Results” when you are finished. You must answer all of the questions. Remember to sign up for EATracker once you complete the assessment to keep track of your progress.

Please note the following requirements for EATracker:

  • If you use a pop up blocker, ensure to allow pop ups from www.dietitians.ca and www.eatracker.ca
  • You must use one of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 6+ (PC), Mozilla Firefox 1.0+, Netscape 7.2 (PC) or Safari 1.2+ (Mac).
  • EATracker has been designed for a base resolution of 1024 x 768. Those with screen resolutions smaller than 1024 x 768 will experience difficulties using EATracker due to its size.
